pt4 PokerStars: Hand observed but not imported

Hi guys , sorry in advanceenglish is not my first language
i recently bought pt4
I play on pokerstar.fr and this is whay it does

*i launch pt4
i launch pokerstar via pt4
hand configuration is set to the directory that pokerstars show (option/hand history option)
get hand while playing is on
i launch a table
hud appears, i can see the hand history in pt4
after 2 hands no more import...
if i look in the "view import status ", i can see my 2 imported hand, and grey lines saying PokerStars: Hand observed but not imported from blablah

if i leave the table and take another one and i stop and launch "get hand while playing3
it works fine for the first or two hands than stops.

it does the same thing with pt3.

can you help guys?

for those who have the same problem it was the language that needed to be set in english
in the poker star hand history option menu in order to get more than 3 hand imported....
