From your screenshots I think the most likely problem is that your hand histories are either not being saved anymore, or not being imported.
Please refer to the
PokerStars Configuration Guide and double check that PokerStars is still configured to save hand histories, and that PT4 is configured to read from the correct folders.
If the problem continues please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Reproduce the problem and take a new screenshot of your table. Create a
Support Bundle and attach it to a
Support Ticket along with your screenshot and the hand history file for the session so that we can see what is going on.
