What is the difference between statistics: Fold to PF 3Bet After RAISE x Fold to PF 3Bet After STEAL

A 'Raise' is any 2Bet so that will cover open raises & raises vs limper(s) from any position. A 'Steal' is an open raise from the cutoff, button or small blind.

So if I put the Fold to PF 3Bet After RAISE statistic and select the button position will it be the same thing?

No because 'Fold to PF 3Bet After Raise' also includes 2bets vs limpers and it's not possible to steal when there are limpers.
