Multiple duplicates of each hand and no HUD stats for heroo

Hi team,

I have just changed laptops and have imported my previous database following instructions in FAQ section. Now after clciking get hands while playing, PT imports each hand about 15 each and does not display my HUD stats in game.

Any suggestions on how to fix would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your log file and see what is going on.

the same problem for me, every time it has to import all duplicates before it starts to show hud.
