What is the stat called when villain bets v a missed c bet by hero - and how do I get it for 3 bet pots? Also, how do I get c bet stats for villain for in and out of position.

A bet vs a missed cbet in position is called a Float Bet in PT4 - so for the flop it would be Float Flop and so on. There is a Float Flop in 3Bet+ Pots stat as well. To get any stat as in position (or out of position) you can add it to the Hud and change the Has Position option in the Item Properties area to in or out of position as you desire.

What is the stat called when villain misses a c bet and then folds to a "float bet"

On the flop, Fold to Flop Float. Replace "Flop" with other streets for the other street versions.
