Moving marked Hands and Notes to a new Database

Hey!
I've created a new Database and now I've imported some Games from an old one into that new.
My question is, how can I move my Maked Hands? That means, I've marked Hands in the old Database, moved these Games into the new. But there I can not see which Hand I have marked bevore.
Hope qou guys got it. TF my bad english...

There isn't an easy way to move the tags across databases I'm afraid.
