So the conclusion is that PT4 is not compatible with large high resolution monitors running Windows I guess. Do we have to go back to a smaller low-res monitor or what ? What is the possibility of this being fixed in the near future ?

When I have a little time I will check further into the options for running in compatibility mode - I'm not sure when this will be fixed as it isn't a trivial issue. If you want a notification when the fix is released please open a Support Ticket.

If you apply the same compatibility setting to the shortcut which you use to run PokerStars then that should allow things to work OK.

Could you explain what you mean in a bit more detail please ? I tried to do what you suggested but still can't get it to work.

I think he means to Right click the PokerStars shortcut and choose Properties and in Compatibility -> Disable display scaling on high DPI settings.

Yeeha, tried it again and it does work after all thanks. High fives all around guys. Only minor problem is it makes text on pokerstars quite small and hard to read even on their largest setting. If anyone can suggest a way to fix that it really would be a great result.

Great - thanks for confirming. I don't have a workaround for the small text, I'm afraid - this works by effectively disabling the magnification for the applications.

Hold the high fives guys. It all turned to custard when I tried the same process with Partypoker. Everything is just too small.
This is getting really frustrating. Surely I can't be the only one having this problem.
Is it normal to have to increase the text size with ahigh resolution monitor or am I missing something simple here?
