No HUD in FullTilt Matrix Tourneys

Hello,

HUD works perfect in standard SnGs and Cashgame on Tilt, but while playing a Matrix Tournament there is no HUD in about 90% of time.

Strange thing is, that in rare cases HUD is actually displays even in Matrix, but I was not able to get any rules when it's working an when not. Sometime even within the same session HUD is shown, next Tourney not shown.

Any suggestions?

Hi -

Have you upgraded your version of PokerTracker3 recently? It's possible the upgrade didn't complete successfully so would you click and download this: http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT3/download.php?file=PT-Install-v3.00.5.2.exe

Reboot your computer, then run the upgrade install.

If this is not your circumstance, given this happens frequently enough you should be able to capture the problem by logging and submitting a ticket: viewtopic.php?f=45&t=20464

The issue is in our bug tracker to be fixed, though I cannot say for certain when a fix will be available.
