Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' before you start Ignition. Take a seat at a table and if you then have any problem with having a HUD not appearing then take a screenshot and send that to us with your Ignition support bundle:

Hi, when i get internet disconected, the hud stops working after im back, if i reset the hand grabber through PT, then i get the message that i need to reset bodog and PT, but i dont want that as i would loose the tables. Is there any fix to this?
Also, when i do Stop getting Hands, the program freezes and i have to close the program through ctrl alt supr. I have 4.17.10

The Ignition Hand Grabber should reconnect to Ignition after an internet disconnection so if you see this again please create an Ignition Hand Grabber Support Bundle and attach it to a Support Ticket. Please make a note of the time when it disconnected/reconnected.

Bear in mind that you will need to wait for a complete hand to be dealt and played out before a new history will be imported and for the Hud to update.
We have seen some cases where the Hud will attach to the wrong table after a disconnection like that so if you see that please also let us know and attach a support bundle.
