My PT4 hasn't been working for over a week on Ignition. Have tried everything in this thread including multiple restarts, logging enabling, resetting. Pretty upset considering I've never had any problems in years.

Everytime I turn on PT4 and Ignition table(s) it says this:
06:48:39 pm: Ignition: Starting auto-import.
06:48:39 pm: Ignition: Found 0 files to monitor.

And then it just sits there touching itself doing nothing. Doesn't matter if I load 1 table, 2, 3, 4 at a time. Reset multiple times, tried an older version download but got a "please reset your computer time" error message so that didn't work.

Totally stumped and frustrated.

The Ignition Hand Grabber subscription on this account expired last month.

My Ignition Hand Grabber is suddenly not working.

After my recent windows update, the Bodog client was removed from my computer. When I downloaded it again, I'm now unable to collect hands.

There isn't even a "status" option when I click "Ignition Hand Grabber" under the Poker Tracker apps option, only disable/enable Hand Grabber.

Please assist.

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this problem and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket so we can check your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
