hands never import or very rarely import and then stop

hi, i've had the hand grabber for ignition for about a week or two now, and it has been completely inconsistent and unreliable. rarely, it will actually grab hands and populate a hud. however it wont continue to do so or it wont recognize new tables being opened later in the session.
i exclusively play mttz so it is not a zone poker converter issue (that i'm aware of)
i never load ignition until pt4 is running. however i mass table (14-17 etc) 6 different networks. with that many tables running, especially when 3-4 or 5 of them might be ignition at one time, i can't just close the software and reopen it every 5 minutes when the hud randomly stops working or the grabber randomly stops grabbing hands. i feel like that shouldn't happen anyways. i followed the guide for install to best of my abilities (i'm kind of an idiot sometimes, so maybe something went wrong at this point) most of the time the hand grabber will not detect any tables running. sometimes it will detect the first or second table, be running fine for those, but then never detect any additional tables when i register new tournaments. this, as i'm sure you can understand, is incredibly frustrating when having 11 other tables already up and running requiring the majority of my focus. it also seems like if i get moved tables in the same tournament which has been working, it will just stop importing the hands from that tournament. the hud that was up on that table will just be the same exact state it has been since the start. eg it will say the player to my right has 13 hands but i've been at the same table for 7 orbits with the same player. in the 'view today's hands' section, it almost exclusively shows wpn hands. all ignition hands being imported have either stopped or didn't import at all. i dont even care if the hud itself is displayed, i haven't played w a hud in years, but i'm looking to be accepted to a cfp organization and they've requested 100k hand database to analyze so i've been knocking out a recent database. unfortunately i have missed at least 4,000 ignition hands which is quite frustrating as the 100k hands when only coming from 2 of 6 networks is alraedy looking to be a few month process.

please help i can't seem to find anything recent addressing this issue and i'm not sure if it's a simple fix i cant figure out w an ape brain

So we can investigate this and follow up with you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. When opening tables/tournaments allow the HUD to appear before you open an additional table/tournament and wait for the HUD to appear there before opening a third e.t.c. If you then have any problem with having a HUD not appearing on a new tournament or a table change then take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket.

If you are missing some Ignition hands you may still be able to download them from Ignition and then manually import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk':
