Notecaddy stopped working

My notecaddy has been messed up for a bit so I took some steps today by following other answers on these forums but it didn't work.

I DL'ed the latest verstion of PT4. I reset notes. I uninstalled then reinstalled the ultimate packs. I went into the Windows/User folded and moved all those XML files into a backup folder (I never put them back...).

My notecaddy was saying API error before I took all those steps. Now there's just nothing in that spot in the HUD at all. Also when I used to click on my HUD numbers it would open a box and at the bottom of those boxes would be more detailed explanations (notes essentially) like 10.1-15BB shoved KK, AA, A5 whatever. Those are now gone also after I did all the tweaks today that didn't work.

The basic HUD functionality still works just he Notecaddy emblem (then when u click it...drop downs) are completely missing. + the detail I used to get from clicking on numbers the text is now gone...

On Friday, the NoteCaddy developer rolled back the version which he released which caused this issue. There should be know more issues at this point in time.

If you continue to experience problems please let us know and we'll pass it along to the NC devs.

It's still broken to me. I have no note caddy icon in my HUD and the detail I get from clicking into any of the #s is gone now.

I reinstalled the definition packs and now the red flag icons are coming back and forth (sort of dissapearing after 1 hand etc) but they're not lined up to the correct player. Even though the HUD box is matched to the correct player.

Also I should have a ton of notes already bc my database is large. Like players I've played with 5K hands theres no notes.

Sorry, they're not even really popping up then going away. For some reason it's only putting the red flag icon (with note..) on myself and 1 random player out of the 2 tables I'm playing right now. But no one else even though I've played thousands of hands on thm.

Every time I 'start processing hands' it acts like my 1.7 million hand database has never been run before and starts doing that from scratch. Then it seems 'happy' and finishes that but it doesn't create any additional notes on the tables I have going

And it's only putting the red flag (+ working notes there) for a small handful of the players while its going through the 1.7 million hand database (takes ~3 minutes) and when its done those small handful of notes on the couple players while I'm playing dissapear also. In addition to no new notes being created
