Help installing NoteCaddy please

Hi guys, I have been struggling to get Note Caddy working as it keeps bringing up a fatal error.I have read different posts and done the whole jazz of adding exlusions for the correct files. I use Norton so have done it through that, but am still having this particular issue (picture attached). Can anybody help please? :D

Hello,

There has been an update to NoteCaddy released recently which should hopefully solve your issue.  If you restart your PT4 then NoteCaddy should be automatically updated in the background.

Please let us know if the issue remains for you.
