I've had this issue since 4days ago, and I have used TN for along time and never encountered this before.

When I am multitabling with TN2 the mouse automaticly clicks the betbox so u can type in a bet ammout manually, however it does get in the way of call or fold when I use multi stack wich is quite annoying because it also clicks them if I go up or down between tables, alot of missclicks happens frequently that cost alot of money, any idea what is wrong? I have not found any option to disable / enable this, and this is something new I have never seen before.

It looks like you've sent in an email to both HM and PT TN support. Please see the ticket. It's too hard to spread this around to this many avenues of support.
