Confused

Havent been in pt4 lately as most play has been on non hud sites, so user error certainly possible.. but back to playing some on acr and went to review some hands, here’s where it gets weird…

When i go to results and click on a tourney from yesterday, there are no hands… if i click on the chip graph above it pulls up hands from $10 plo cash, i have no clue whats going on, im in the tourney side of pt4 and getting cash hands from who knows when (over a year ago at least) when i search for recent tournament results.

Any clue what’s going on here? hud works in game, stats are being accumulated, but whatever is happening is not allowing me to review anything… Please help!

playing now to test… again, my table is being tracked under "get hands while playing”.. it says the hands are being imported but “view todays hands” is blank… why???

There was an issue (over a year ago) with the Mac OSX version of Winning Poker Network (WPN) software which could lead tournament hands importing as cash. This particular issue shouldn't occur anymore as WPN have updated to new software and PokerTracker 4 was updated for that too.

Do you have any tags selected? If you do please clear them:

If you have no tags enabled try right clicking the report and selecting "Configure Report". In the window that appears, click "Restore to Default" and click "OK". If that doesn't fix it then please attach a screenshot here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on - get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything.

thanks yea i updated software and dont see the issue anymore… as well as cleared the tags. cheers
