Nickname not found

Hi ! I changed my nickname on Winamax and once I go on PT4 I'm not abble to find it, even when I tape it manually. It is blocked on my old nickname and I can't find the new one, also can't find my hands obviously. I'm lost, sorry for this stupid topic but can someone help me please ? Thank you very much
