I've never come across that before. So we can investigate please enable logging, reproduce this issue and attach your PokerTracker4.log file to a Support Ticket:

I updated PT4 and it's working fine now. Thanks for the support!

rake bb_100.zip

Hello there, new user here. I imported this statistic because I was curious about it. It says I'm paying 24.909870 bb/100 in rake... Is this accurate? If so, holy crap.

I play 5NL on ignition. I'm "winning" 42.55 bb/100 over a tiny sample of 776 hands, my gold line is embarassing (-13.43 bb/100), which is why I have "winning" in quotes. But if I'm paying that much in rake, I'm gonna start hemorrhaging money very quickly when my green line runs into reality. Is it possible there's some error in the statistic or am I legit paying 25 bb/100 in rake?

Does this mean I'm actually only winning 42.55 (bb/100) - 24.909 BB (rake bb/100) = ~18BB/100?

That doesn't seem to add up, money-wise (I'm up around $16 on the green line)... so does it mean that I'm winning 42 bb/100 *despite* paying 25 bb/100 in rake? If so, I'm running even hotter than I thought.

I've never really paid much attention to rake, so seeing a number this high is either a reality-check moment or I just did something wrong. Or both.

While rake is higher at lower stakes this is a very small sample and since your winrate is high then you have won more pots over this sample then you would normally which is inflating what your rake in bb/100 would be over a larger sample. If you were looking at a sample where you lost more of these hands then that would decrease the rake in bb/100 as you only "pay" rake in pots you win so as your winrate falls your attributed rake will drop as well. For example if a player loses every hand they play then their attributed rake in bb/100 would be zero.

That's correct. If you wanted to know what your winrate would be without rake you would add the two together.

I'm bringing up this thread because I'm trying to get the value (underlined in red shown in the attachment) to show like the value underlined in blue. I want the value to be per 100 in BB, not the total in currency.

Can it be done and how?

I don't know the details of your custom statistic but this works for me:

Thanks, this works. I didn't realise I need to change the format type.
