Thank you for following up; I'll be sure to discuss that stat in the HUD with the development team.

Just noticed this thread: I can confirm that a short while ago I played a session of 4-tabling PLO10 at iPoker and I definitely had very erratic hand counter issues. In particular I noticed that , there was one dude on two tables that had like, 20 hands played according to the hand counter, then after couple of hands he might have >200 played according to the hand counter. Furthermore, my own hand count was jumping between 3 and 20 at times on one table.

Had you added any hourly related stats to your HUD?

Nope, no hourly stats.

BUT: I did have player count filtering on HUD-settings set like this:
0-2
2-4
4-6
6-10

That might have caused the issue, don't really know, but the tables were 6-max tables and I'm pretty sure that they were 5-6 handed most of the time. But if one of them had gone to 4-handed sometime, I guess the 2-4 filter might have been applied then, which could explain the hand count jumping.

I guess those filters were not quite proper with the overlapping counts so I've changed them to
0-2
3-6
7-10

Maybe that will take care of the issue.

The overlapping will work just perhaps not like you'd expect - whatever group PT gets to first is the one you get data from. So for example in your first list 2 handed would have heads up only data but 3 handed would have data from 2, 3 and 4 handed. So when the table size goes down you might see odd changes.

Actually you know, it could be nice to be able to set separate filter ranges for different variants, particularly cash and tournies.

For example, for a 10-handed SNG I'd want to set them prolly as:
0-2
3-3
4-5
6-10

But for 6-max cash game I'd guess
0-2
3-4
5-6
or maybe just
0-3
4-6

Actually I guess it would make sense to associate the filtering with a particular HUD-profile instead of general settings for all HUDs as most people prolly have different HUD profiles for different game variants.

That request has been made before and the development team are aware of it, but I'm not sure if/when this will be possible.
