Hello, I had tournament summary pointing into non-existing location when I started playing and a lot of tournaments are detected wrong with CNET adjusted equals to buy-in lost and not calculated at all. It detects plain hyper-turbo tournament as some kind of knock. Auto-detect feature when you click on the tournament doesn't help.

Without the tournament summary files it isn't always possible to correctly determine the tournament type or results. It can usually be done for single table tournaments, but for multi-table tournaments there is not enough information available in the hand history files alone.

Please refer to the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure that your tournament summaries are configured correctly for future tournaments.

For your existing tournaments you could try requesting an "audit" file which you can import into PT4 using "Get Hands From Disk" and that should be able to update most of your results information at least. (Search for 'audit' in the PokerStars Configuration Guide)
Alternatively you can update the results manually using the Edit Tournament Results window.

I tried with the audit, did the right format and still it couldn't be recognized by pokerstars. So I just went and auto-detected C NET Adjusted in tournaments setting them the right tournament type as fortunately I play just the two and could sort them easy. Had to just uncheck 'update finish and amount won' checkbox which was quite unintuitive to me and I had to open this whole thread and the ticket.
