TURN OVER A MIS HOLE CARDS

hola necesito saber si existe alguna manera de escribir una expresion donde la carta de turn sea over a mis hole cards ,por ejemplo tengo T4 y en turn cae J o mas ,o tengo 6Q y en turn cae K o A......Es posible?.
