Buy-ins, Rebuys and Totals

Raising my hand as another user who would like to see this. Been banging my head in the PT reports trying to make it work. :)

It's important to track, what your buy-ins are, how many rebuys and totals. Surprised it's not standard data.

Specifically speaking for cash $ as the data is sorta there for tournaments, but it's not clean.

Please help make it so!
