Problem with 8 max tournaments on PMU.fr (Partypoker FR/ES)

Hello there,

When I play an 8-max on PMU.fr Pokertracker (Partypoker FR/ES) classifies all the 8-max tournaments as STT(3 max). I have to manually detect each tournament to make it right, after each session. How can I maje PT4 detect the tournament the right way ? Is there any setting to change ?

You can check your detection settings in 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Tournaments' and make sure 'Run Upon Tournament Completion' is enabled. If that's not the issue please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket with a sample of these tournaments. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
