PT - Not live updating stats

Hi, since yesterday PT4 is not live updating players statistics at my tables.
As far as i see PT import hands and i can see them in program but they are not changing at my tables.
What should i do to solve it?

I have the same problem on Pokerstars.es/fr/pt plus HUD's of some players don't even appear.

Hi,

Similar problem for me also. My Hud appears only for certain players, last week everything was working ok.

i see i'm not the only one with this problem xD
until yesterday everything was working fine, today it displays the HUD but without any stats.
hands are imported correctly and all reports, graph etc are working good, and if i replay a hand from yesterday or another day, the HUD works good, i see the stats and everything, but if i replay a hand played today it shows nothing.

Same here, started with hud problems, then started receiving some cache errors and can`t import hands / purge tournaments.

There is an issue with the 'last x weeks' HUD filter in 'HUD -> Edit HUD Options' when it is Week 53 of the year so if you set that to zero you should see your HUD stats again and when January starts you can re-enable that filter. If that doesn't resolve the issue for any of you please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can investigate.
