After Stop Getting Hands it says: Manual Import - Pokertracker has detected a large number of hand history...would you like to import them now?

If I click Yes, it imports 0 hands and repeats next time.

So we can see what's happening here please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.

I get exactly the same thing. It started happening after the latest update.

I don't see a ticket from the OP so if you can please report this to us as described above we can investigate that.
