If you are playing tournaments you will need to click on the "T" tab but if you are playing cash games then right click in the empty report and select "Configure Report". In the window that appears, click "Restore to Default" and click "OK" and that should fix things.

Do you see the hands if you clear the 'Today' filter? If you do then you should check your 'My Day Starts At' setting in 'Configure > Reporting Options' as that could be preventing the hands from displaying on the 'Play Poker' tab or when the 'Today' filter is active. If that's not the problem and resetting the reports to default didn't help then please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file and that will help us figure out what's going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
