WPN (BlackChipPoker) not tracking

The HUD is displaying but I am not able to see anything under the "stats" section on pt4 and the hands are not showing up either.

So the HUD is appearing but you do not see the hands showing up in the View Stats section?

If so it might just be a filter issue. In the left side filter panel if you see a blue "Clear all filters" link please click that and see if it resolves the issue.

If that doesn't work then can you post a screenshot of the views where the stats/hands are not showing that might help clear it up.
