HUD not working on Pokerstars.ro Zoom table

Hello everyone!
After aug.30 I needed to upgrade my PS.EU client for PS.ro and after the update the HUD not apear at ZOOM tables. The hands are registered, I can view stats and all the staff.

I noticed that after I close the PT4 my lof files just disapear from the directory.

Any advice? Or someone with Romanian IP adress has the same problem?

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

A change was made yesterday to the PT4 configuration files which should allow the Zoom Hud to work at PokerStars.ro. This change will be downloaded when you restart PT4, so please try that first and if it still isn't working then submit a ticket as kraada suggested.
