HUD not working on 888 snap

My HUD is not showing on snap on 888 - it is fine on 888 mtts. The PT icon is not showing either.

888 does not allow a Snap Hud on cash games, only on tournaments at this time.

888 also seem to have stopped writing the information needed to provide the Hud for Snap tournament tables too at this time. Unless they reinstate this PT4 can't display the Hud at Snap tables.

But, holden indicator is working. Why pocket tracker doesn't work but indicator is?

PokerTracker 4 does not use screen scraping or OCR of any kind as it is very unreliable.
