HUD problem

Error message is : HUD executable is out of date , please reinstall PT4 . What should I do?

Restart your computer and then re-run the PokerTracker v4.14.11 installer as the very first thing you do after restarting and that should fix this problem for you.

I did it , error message disappeared , but the HUD still not working. What could be the problem?

And i tought PT4 importing the hands but not , everytime I try to import its import only the same 15-20 old hands.

Without further information on where you play I cannot be more specific but please check your Poker Site(s) are configured correctly with PokerTracker 4.

If you have any further trouble then restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this and then report it via our support system along with your PokerTracker4.log file so that we can see what is going on.
