Unable to import hands from OnGame

I'm not sure what changed but when i open pt4 and “get hands while playing” nothing happens.. no hands are being recorded and no hud.
But only on an OnGame room.

First I checked the save location rescue room contained the files of history. It does.
Then I checked the right setup in PT4. To be safe I re-installed the software of the room and rebooted. Then I used the Setup Assistant of PT4 to load settings for the room.
Since nothing had changed,I tried searching on the forum for similar issues but I couldn't find anything.
Finally, I tried playing with another room (iPoker) and everything is working normally.

Now I don't know what else to do.
Can you help me?

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this and then report it via our support system along with your PokerTracker4.log file so that we can see what is going on.

SOLVED.I realized the mistake.
In my computer there are 2 paths gods hand history files are saved:
WRONG: D:\UTENTE\P5JavaClientSettings
RIGHT: C:\Users\UTENTE\P5JavaClientSettings\handhistory
I don't know why, but this is.
I understood for the case.
