Hi, just updated to 4.14.8. My list of custom reports is now blank. I have looked at archives and tried restoring a standard report to default, but no effect
Any suggestions? Thanks

An update shouldn't change anything to do with custom reports. From the menu choose "file -> Open User Data Folder" and go into the Data folder. Do you have a file called "ReportsCustomized.pt4" or with .backup?

Yes both those files are there, should I import from there?
Cheers

Those files aren't importable - how large are they though?

How many reports did you have previously? That seems on the small side unless you had only a couple of simple reports.

That doesn't sound good, at a rough guess I'd say 30 with 2-20 stats in each

That doesn't sound like they're there - but if you send us what you have via our
support system we will double check. If you have any that are named ReportsDefinitionsCustomized.XXXX.pt4.backup include those as well (where XXXX is a number) and we might be able to recover them from that if you have it.
