Back grinding again but HUD....

Hi guys!
I'm back grinding again and I was re-installing poker software and PT4 on my mac.
I tried to follow all the instructions as well but somehow when I commence grinding the HUD doesn't appear on my tables and in the "PLAY POKER" page (despite the Gets Hands While Playing is on) I dont see any hand recorded.
Somehow I'm missing some steps in the correct setup.
English Language is on on my Pokerroom, the Hands History Link should be matching.

If you have not already done so check that your Poker Site(s) are configured correctly with PokerTracker 4 using our guides here:

If that does not help please open a Support Ticket and report your problem.

Hey there! Thanks for reply. A quick update!
I changed/personalized the folder for the hands.
Now when I commence grinding on the table appears on the top the icon to save the layout but HUDs nope.
I got an error msg after some dozens hands with 3 possible "problems".

"The Hud is not finding any information on the players at your tables. There are several possible causes for this:

1. The Players may not have enough hands in your database. See the Minimum Hands required" setting Hud Options.
2. The Players may not have enough hands in the current player range. See the "Player Range" setting in Hud Options.
3. The HUD may be configured to only read from db that currently aren't being imported into."

I'm confused.
Moreover if I go to stats page PT4 doesn't see my "account" on stars.

Where's the mistake?

Case solved, as imagined I was missing a step. (Save Hands marked on Pokerstars).
