can't install postgres

i buy poker tracker and install it normaly but whenhe installi postergrashe has a fatal error and not install it for running the programe.

after reading forum i try to install it manually but when i put password dbpass they say is not the correct one and can't installae again

please help

When you installed PostgreSQL manually did you get confirmation that was successful? Click Start type services.msc and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list?
