Fulltilt, HUD however no reports

As you can see, PT4 reads the Hand of FullTilt and I have a HUD:


In the reports, I have only MTTs and SnG of PokerStars:


The site setup anounces he has no valid history root, however the root is corresponding:

As your Full Tilt hands are importing and your HUD is working then you can safely ignore the message that Full Tilt is not configured. Please make sure that your Full Tilt screenname is aliased to the active player in your report and this should display your Full Tilt data.
