Questions and discussion about PokerTracker 4 for Windows

My HUD has slowly been getting worse by not filling all the numbers in it (I'm using the ProPokerHUD). My DB was 20 GB so I made a new smaller than 1 GB DB to see if that would help. It did at first but now it's not filling in any of the numbers (see pic). I did notice that the mucked cards still work.
My first thought is that it has something to do with Windows 8 since every time I have to do an update I have to restart my computer to get PT to work. There is also a file that asked if I would like to rename it when I do this. Unfortunately I can't remember the file name. I also didn't have my logging on. Can I just observe some tables with this on or do I need to play? How long? Thanks!

With PokerTracker 4 open please go to "Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging". This will require a restart of Pokertracker 4. Reproduce this problem by playing for a few minutes and then report it via our
support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on. You can find the log file by clicking the "File --> Show User Data Folder" option in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called "PokerTracker4" that is in that folder.

I have a ticket going for this but my log file is 5.13 MB after I zip it so I can't upload it. What can I do to make it small enough to upload?

Create the ticket anyway and we can give you an FTP server to upload it to in your ticket.

Ticket created. I assume they'll respond with the FTP server.
