Get hands while playing

Postby barabu » Fri Nov 14, 2014 2:54 pm

Hi.

The PT4 doesn't import my hands when I am playing. The last time I had to go to my folder and "get hands from disk" but it was awful.

I have been deleting hand history but I did the vacunning and everything so now I don't know where I have the mistake.

Please try taking a look at this troubleshooting guide - I suspect that's what's causing the trouble for you.

I have never seen that message.

I have purged my hands sometimes but I have never had any problem. It appeared the last week suddenly.

Anyway I have my configuration like the troubleshouting guide but I have done the tools-configure site and I continue with the same problem:

The hud appears on the tables but the PT4 don't import the hands while I am playing and If I import the hands from the directory it last hours for 200 hands.

With PokerTracker 4 open go to "Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging". This will require a restart of Pokertracker 4. With the logging enabled please reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
