As was stated earlier in this thread - we're aware of this issue. Generally the alignment won't work correctly at anything other than 100% magnification - this is only a workaround.
I'll experiment with Party myself shortly.

Okay, what I am trying to ask is it normal for someone with ahigh resolution monitor to have this problem? It's a fairly simple question.

If you use magnification, then yes.

That isn't necessary, no, magnification is optional. What resolution is your monitor at, anyway?

Yes I know its optional but it is necessary in my case because text and objects are too small without magnification. This is with the monitor set at it's native resolution. I am running Windows 7 pro.
So what I am trying to find out is, what is wrong with my set-up that that I have to use magnification? If I can sort that out then maybe I can fix the whole problem.
Like I said earlier in the thread I have a 24inch monitor with 1920x1080 native resolution.
Lowering the resolution is not an ideal option either because text becomes blurry.
And there is nothing wrong with my eyesight by the way.

You're not necessarily doing anything wrong - display setup is a personal preference.

You misunderstand me, maybe I am not explaining things very well. When I say too small I mean tiny as in unreadable. It's not a matter of personal preference.

I run at 1920x1200 and have no problem reading things without any magnification.

So like I said before, what is wrong with my setup then? That's what I am trying to figure out.
