Hi guys, just a heads up on this issue:
When you play zoom tournament and reach final 18 people zoom tournaments become regular (turbo) tournaments.
The HUD stops functioning at that point for the particular tournament. Hands import fine and other tables, even the observed tables from the same tournament have HUD. The only table hud is missing is the hero's table.

Can you attach the hand histories from where you made the final table to a
Support Ticket?
If we can detect this case we should be able to switch off the Zoom HUD and switch on the regular HUD.

Do you need a raw hh or exported from PT4?

OK, I assumed you need the raw files so I attached them. Please note that I meant las 27 (3 tables left) not last 18 as stated in my op.

Yes, we meant the originals, and thanks. We'll look into what we can do for this situation for you.

No, this hasn't been resolved yet - as I understand it the Hud can't tell when play has returned to normal since there is nothing in the hand histories or table window to indicate this.
