Unable to connect PostgreSQL DB

I get this error message when trying to run PT4 :

Anyone knows how to solve this issue ?

That error indicates the database PokerTracker 4 is trying to connect to does not exist. Have you made any changes to your computer such as moving/deleting PostgreSQL files, installing new security software or running third-party cleaning tools? If the PostgreSQL installation is still functional then PokerTracker 4 should be able to open if you create a new database instead of trying to connect to the 'PT4 DB'.
