HUD stops working and not import hands during session

Hello I experience a issue where my pokertracker tells me my database is slowing down and prompts me to do housekeeping. I do the 3 steps, ridnex,cluster and vacuum.

During my sessions, my hud stops working and hands stop getting automatically imported to the databse. When I finish each session I need to manually run set up assistant and add the hands.

Any idea why my HUD stops working and not auto importing?

Try a full cache rebuild after those 3 steps otherwise we would need to check your logs to see what's happening here. To do that turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you. In the meantime you can also try a new database and see if that performs any better:
