Everyone but Hero dont work

Hello everyone. I wanted help with my cash profile. I've selected that the stats in the table appear for everyone except the hero, but the stats also appear for me. How can I solve it? Thank you.

Please make sure that the 'Everyone But Hero' property has been applied to the HUD Profile you are using on the tables and to the correct HUD Group. If you need any further assistance then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the issue, take a screenshot and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot & support bundle to a Support Ticket along with your exported HUD Profile. The HUD Profile can be exported via the 'Options' button in the HUD Profile Editor window.
