BetRivers (PA) - hands not importing

BetRivers introduced Splash the Pot yesterday. Today's hands (all hands) are not importing at all. This includes hands that are splashed and hands that are not splashed.

Is PT4 aware of this yet? Guessing there needs to be some tweak to PT4?

Nevermind - this is a BetRivers issue with hand requests. It's emailing old hands.

However, Splash the Pot hands are not importing correctly either. Smaller problem, but a problem!

Support, have you gotten the samples you need? I'm also having this problem -- as is everyone else using BetRivers with PT4 since 1/21/2026 when they started doing a splash pot promo.

Just hoping to get my 100-or-so hands imported that are erroring out right now.

We have examples now although as far as I am aware we don't yet have an example that contains a 'Big Splash' hand. If you want to be notified when support is added for 'Splash the Pot' on BetRivers you can let us know via a Support Ticket.

So they come up as extra in the pots. I get the error during import " Error: BetRivers: Invalid pot size (3.73 vs pot: 3.30 rake: 0.17 jpt: 0.00) for hand #43315270 (Line #5414)" when the splash the pot happens.
