I pinged someone pretty close to the ACR release schedule and devs, they said ACR made a change that was necessary and not a bug to fix and that PT4 needs to make the necessary changes to fix the import.

A pre-release build that resolves this import issue can be downloaded and installed from here:

Download PokerTracker v4.18.7.3406 (Windows)

Download PokerTracker v4.18.7.3406 (macOS)

If you run into any problems while using this build please let us know via a support ticket here.

How did you do that? My handhistory folder from yesterday and today until I installed the new PT4 version is empty

The hand history files should have been archived to your 'Processed' folder:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed (Windows)

\Users\{Mac Login}\Documents\PokerTracker\Processed (macOS)

Guide: Processed Files

The hand history files by default are organised by site & date so you can import from the required folders into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'. If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide.
