PLO8 hand errors

Errors when transferring PLO8 hands from one computer to another. 15k hands now not tracked bc of error

Hello, please tell us a bit more about what you mean by getting errors when transferring hands. Did you transfer your Processed folder and then imported it into PokerTracker 4 on another computer?

Note that you could back up your database on the 1st computer and then restore it on the 2nd one. It's also possible to include the Processed hands. Check out this guide: https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4/tutorials/backup-and-restore

I did try to transfer processed hands from one computer to another, both were PT4. I play mostly PLO, PLO8 cash and Mtts and NL Mtts. Only the PLO8 hands had errors from party poker(bet mgm Michigan)

Please zip/compress a sample of hands that are generating these errors and attach them to a Support Ticket.
