Several things
1- The software takes a long time to open. This doesn't seem normal to me.
2- The players' hands take forever to appear. This isn't normal.
3- The double click works very poorly. For quite a few years

So we can see what's going on here please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a
Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4:

I have several versions of postgre. Does this not harm the performance of pt4 or my PC?
How to delete previous versions?

That wouldn't normally have a significant impact.

You can uninstall PostgreSQL versions that you are not using with PokerTracker 4 or any other programs:

Apparently PT4 works under version 12 of POSTGRE. I made a backup of the database and reinstalled with version 16 of Postgre. we'll see what that gives

hello I uninstalled all versions of posgre, I even recovered my database. I reinstalled posgre 12 and everything is fine the mucked cards appear quickly

I have another problem that doesn't date from today.
when I double click on the HUD it does not change appearance. it is very difficult to get the switchover

Does it sometimes work, but not all the time? Note that you can also enable/disable session statistics by right-clicking on the HUD icon and toggling the 'Session Stats' option. It might be easier this way.
