not working on tournament hands

It seems like getting hands by importing but hud is not showing on my ACR poker and pokertracker4 while i m playing tournaments.
Cash game one is working on both [ app + hud ]
I don't know how to fix it for tournament one.

The duplicates in your screenshot indicate a configuration or database issue. So we can see what's causing that please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and advise you accordingly. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
