wrong stats on HUD

anyone notice when a player leaves, and another player replaces them, the old player's stats will hang around on the HUD like a bad smell? Could lead to some costly calls based on wrong data!

On what poker site is this? What gametype? Or if you are playing multiple sites/gametypes do you see this everywhere you are playing? If you are playing anonymous tables, for example Incognito tables on Winamax, then the session stats for the whole table can be reset via the PT-icon however it's not currently possible to reset an individual players session stats. If you want to be automatically notified if this functionality is added in a future update then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

Hi thanks for reply. Its PokerStars, 1/2nl cash 6 max. I only play this one game type on pokerstars. Ive seen it at least twice, perhaps 3 times. It resolves itself after a few hands.

That should not be happening on regular PokerStars cash games so if you don't have a large database then please run housekeeping on your database via 'Database -> Database Management' to make sure it's performing at peak efficiency. Click the 'Housekeeping' button and run the following in this order:

1. Reindex
2. Cluster
3. Vacuum/Analyze

That only resets HUD table session statistics (when session statistics are enabled the HUD background is red) - it does not wipe saved data.

Only Just started using pokertracker 4 and its not very good. all the players are out of sync as soon as you knock a player out. very poor, are there any fixes?

That shouldn't be happening normally. So we can see exactly what's going on here please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue then take a screenshot and create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. Finally attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can check your logs and follow up with you:
