Something is very wrong....

Hi,
after having some problems with old data import and uninstalling and reinstalling PT4 i thought, that now everything is fine in the tracker.
But it isn´t.
The tournaments are listed, I can see all hands. But if I select a hand to look at the hand details or if I start the Hand Replay - almost everytime PT4 is showing me a complete different hand from an different player in an different tournament. If I repeat the command several times, it is possible, the the right hand appears, but in about 98% of the time it it always the wrong hand.

What should I do ?

So we can investigate that please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
