Restore data from Mac to Windows

Hi, i just bought a new computer (windows) and i really would like to keep my data.


I check all the information about Backup and Restore. So i suceed to backup my data and send it to my new computer.

But now, i can't restore it. So, i saw that i need to put the zip file on the roots of C:/.
I put a mark on "Logging Enabled", reboot Pokertracker.
Then, when i try to restore it doesn't work at all.

Ps: On the restore page, the "restore" button disappear when i uncheck all the optional files (as i saw that is recommend)


I hope someone can help me.

So we can investigate this please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the problem by going to restore from your backup file and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of your restore window. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
