Hello, since the last update of PT4 it no longer works, the hud does not appear on the tables, I am not very knowledgeable in the program and I don't know what to do, any help? Thank you so much

Are your hands importing? If hands are not importing into PokerTracker 4 then the HUD will not work. On what poker site is this on? Please make sure that everything is still setup correctly with your poker site:
Site Configuration GuidesYour poker site must be creating the hand history files and PokerTracker 4 needs to be setup to look in the correct folder for those files.

Many thanks for the response. My pokertracker had been working for several years, it was the last update, suddenly the hud was no longer available. You may have to uninstall and reinstall and you will lose your saved hands

Please do not reinstall anything as that rarely fixes anything. So we can see what's happening here turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a
Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4:
